The Vocera Communications, Inc. Securities Litigation is a class action lawsuit alleging that the Defendants violated certain of the federal securities laws. In this action, the Court appointed the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System and Baltimore County Employees’ Retirement System as “Lead Plaintiffs,” and appointed the law firm of Labaton Sucharow LLP as Lead Counsel to represent the putative class.
